协同设计管理信息系统的构架与实现

协同设计管理信息系统是设计企业的生产管理系统，以设计控制为主线，实现了设计控制、行政办公、电子档案管理的流程化和信息化。从而规范了设计工作，减少了设计工作的的人员事务性时间处理成本，实现了设计企业网上贯彻iso9001标准，本项目研究的内容是建设部十一五期间规划的重点项目。

本文从协同设计系统构架的关键点入手进行了阐述。（1）任务分解机制：设计企业接到一个项目如何能够将任务进行有效分解；（2）安全机制：同一平台上，如何保证各个设计人员的信息不项目干涉，同时保证管理层能够掌控的设计过程中的每一个环节。（3）不同类型数据的处理机制：在系统中需要处理流程数据和结构化数据，如何能够将两种数据进行有效的整合；（4）流程处理机制：如何从众多的设计流程中进行分类抽象，明确了系统开发中需要解决的关键流程类型,（5）权限控制机制：对系统构架中权限体系进行了详细的分析。（6）电子档案归档和借阅机制：从如何解决电子档案系统归档的自动化，如何提高电子档案的复用率入手进行了阐述。

本系统主要子系统有：外部门户站点、内部信息发布平台、协同设计系统、电子档案系统、行政办公系统。外部门户主提供了设计企业对外宣传的通道；内部信息平台为设计企业提供了对内发布信息的平台；设计管理系统实现了设计人员的协同设计，实现设计企业设计过程的流程化和自动化；行政办公系统实现了设计企业的行政办公的自动化；电子档案系统实现了电子档案归档的自动化，电子档案借阅的流程化和信息化。

Collaborative Design Management Information System is the production management system of the design enterprise. Design controlling as the main line, this system achieves process-oriented and information-based of the design controlling, administrative office and electronic records management. This system standardizes the design work, reduces the transactional time cost of the design staff , makes the enterprise carry out the design standards of ISO9001, this project is the key project that the Ministry of Construction planned during the Eleventh Five-Year.

This thesis begins with the framework of collaborative design system. (1)Task decomposition mechanism: how the design firm decomposes a received project effectively; (2) Security mechanism:on the same platform, how to ensure that all the designers dont interfere with each other, and ensure that the management level can control every link of the process. (3) Processing mechanism of different types data: its needed to handle flow data and structured data in the system, how to integrate the two kinds of data effectively; (4)Process handling mechanism: how to classify a number of design processes ,and confirm the critical process type that is needed to solve in the system development. (5) Access control mechanism: it analyzes the access system in detail. (6) The electronic records archiving and lending mechanism: it describes how to realize archiving automation in the electronic archiving system, and how to improve the reusing rate of electronic files.

This system includes the following major subsystems: an external portal site, the internal information release platform, collaborative design system, electronic file system, administrative office system. External portal sites provide external propaganda channels for the design enterprise; Internal information platform is used for internal information released; Design management system achieves the designers' co-design, and implements process-oriented and automation in the design process; Administrative office system implements the administrative office automation; electronic filing system enables electronic records automated archive, it also makes lending electronic recordsprocess-oriented and information-based.
