做慈善不分国籍重庆国际妇女社第八届慈善晚会举行

晚礼服、黑领结、小金人……2012年12月8日晚，一场聚集了来自驻渝各国领事馆、中外企业300多名嘉宾的重庆国际妇女社第八届慈善晚会在南滨路丽笙世嘉酒店举行。

一群在重庆的外籍人士用自己的力量，拉开了慈善的快乐与美的大幕，让当场的慈善晚会如“奥斯卡”颁奖典礼一般闪亮。与往年不同，本届的主题为“向奥斯卡致敬”，现场从布置到整体流程都加入了“奥斯卡”的元素，旨在让晚会气氛更加热烈，从而能够为重庆山区的儿童捐助更多的善款。

该慈善晚会不仅是筹集善款的慈善活动，同时也成为了外国友人在渝盛大的交流晚宴。重庆市政府外事侨务办公室副主任陈高山应邀出席并致辞，他肯定了重庆国际妇女社自2005年成立以来致力于募集善款扶贫助困、促进我市市民和国际友人的相互了解和交流，为在渝中外精英交流搭建平台发挥了良好的作用。

晚会现场，入场即为长长的红毯，身着正装的男士与穿着各色晚礼服的女士如明星一般，在红毯上留下自己“闪亮”的影像。颁奖中的迷你版“小金人”奖杯以及现场布置中时时出现的小金人元素，让晚会的气氛犹如奥斯卡颁奖礼一般热烈。

国际妇女社主席周燕琳女士认为：很多明星都有自己的慈善基金和慈善会等。他们是用心在做慈善，我们也是用心在做慈善，所以我们借用了好莱坞这个想法，希望慈善也能变得很有趣，不只能帮助到其他人，而且也能给大家带来更多的快乐。

晚会除了红毯走秀、鸡尾酒会、慈善拍卖、幸运抽奖和狂欢舞会等常规环节外，最有新意的当属美女舞蹈拍卖、型男大厨拍卖等环节。最终，热辣的美女肚皮舞、加拿大驻重庆总领事馆总领事欧阳飞亲自下厨做晚餐等真人时间拍卖都被来宾成功拍走。而这次拍卖也采用了与以往拍卖不同的“默拍”，没有拍卖师组织，而是来宾将高于底价的心仪价格写在纸上，价高者拍得拍品。

重庆市慈善总会秘书长李新慧表示，这几年，国际妇女社通过各种形式的慈善活动筹集了200多万元的善款，都是放在慈善总会的账户里，用于牛奶项目和助学金项目。自2006年1月起，每学期开学她们都会到綦江给贫困家庭的孩子发放午餐补贴。从2007年起，她们开始了送牛奶工程，为綦江14个学校超过2000名孩子每周提供两次、每次250ml的牛奶。

重庆国际妇女社公共关系委员罗宁也激动地告诉记者，我们一共去过綦江10多次，除了午餐补助和牛奶之外，为了孩子们能在学校洗热水澡，我们买了热水器、帮助学校建了公共浴室，还发放过体育用品、捐过电脑……作为国际妇女社资历最老的成员，罗宁参与了每一届慈善晚会的组织工作。每一次和朋友见面，她都会介绍这个组织和她们办的慈善晚会。

In the evening of December 8,2012, more than 300 guests from the Consulates in Chongqing, Chinese and foreign enterprises in Chongqing participated in the eighth session of international women's charity party held at Radisson Hotel in Nanbin Road.

Unlike in previous years, the theme of the charity is "Tribute to the Oscars", the layout added the elements of "Oscar”, which is designed to make the party warm atmosphere so that they can contribute additional money for the children from Chongqing mountain area.

The charity is not only a charitable activity to raise money but also a grand exchange dinner for foreigners in Chongqing.Chen Gaoshan, the Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese affairs offi ce attended and delivered a speech. He affirmed the achievements of International Women's Group since its inception in 2005, it is committed to raising money to poverty alleviation, promoting understanding and communication between Chongqing people and foreign friends and played a good role to build exchange platform for Chinese and foreign elite in Chongqing.

Zhou Yanlin, President of International Women's Group said that many stars have their own Charitable Fund and society. They are doing charity with their heart and so do we. We borrowed the idea from Hollywood, hoping that the charity can become very interesting, it can not only help others, but also to give you more pleasure.

In addition to the red carpet show,cocktail party, charity auction and lucky draw and Carnival dance, outside the regular link, the most creative part is the process of beautiful lady dancing auction and man chef auction.

Li Xinhui, the Secretary in General of Chongqing Municipal Charity Federation said, In recent years, the international women's group raised more than 2 million Yuan of donations through various forms of charitable activities, it was placed in the charity's account for milk and grants projects. Ever Since January 2006, every semester they went to Qijiang to give lunch subsidies to children from poor families. They started sending milk to more than 2000 children from 14 schools in Qijiang two times a week, 250ml of milk at a time since 2007.

Luoning, public relations member of International women’s Group told us excitedly, we went to Qijiang total more than 10 times, besides the lunch subsidies and milk, we bought a water heater, and helped schools built public bathhouses and also distributed sporting goods, donated computers for students. As senior member of the international women's group, Luoning participated in each session of the charitable works. Each time when met with friends, she will always describe the Organization and their charity events.
