① very改为much。more important是比较级，修饰比较级要用much，不能用very，故应将very改为much。

② play改为playing。spend some time doing sth.是固定句型，表示“花时间做某事”。

③ for改为to。make contributions to...是固定搭配，意思是“为……做贡献”。
