ALS is a serious muscle disease （疾病）. It can cause death （死亡）. In the Ice Bucket Challenge， you can pour （泼） a bucket of ice water over your head， or give $100 to the ALS organization （组织）. When you finish it， you can challenge three other people. Youre also welcome to give money even if you finish the challenge. These girls found some of the money in New Yorks Central Park on June 14.
