摘 要:该报告主要介绍“深海超高压环境模拟与检测装置”项目各系统组成的研制过程,具体包括深海超高压压力筒设计制造、抗剪块自动装卸装置和加卸载与控制系统。通过深入的系统研究,项目组突破了超高压压力筒结构设计、厚壁压力筒制造、高压大流量自动加卸载系统等关键技术,成功研制了深海超高压环境模拟装置,可为4 500 m载人潜水器的研制和7 000 m的“蛟龙号”载人潜水器的耐压试验检测提供超高压环境模拟试验平台和可靠的技术支撑。

Abstract:The research process of the sub-system of the “Research on the simulation and detective device of deep-sea environment” are introduced in this report, in which mainly including the design and manufacture of the high pressure tank, auto running device for the shear block and auto loading control system. Based on the in-depth study, some key technology are solved by the programme,such as the design of high pressure tank, manufacture of the large thickness pressure vessel and the auto loading control system, and the device is finished successful finally. It can be used to the research on HOV which can reach the depth to 4500 meters and “JIAOLONG”HOV.
