It was a gift from the We Care Bears Project， which was started by a girl calling Jessica when she was just nine years old. But she didnt know the project until about three years later. My name is Chen Xian. When I was a little boy， I suffered from a disease， what made me look differently from others. As a result， I was often making fun of by others. Sometime I was even bullied. One day， we decided to take action. With help of a few adults， I created a website to educate the public about the harm of bullying. When I was a bit old， I started talking to students about bullying around the world. So far， I had spoken to more than 120，000 students face on face all over the world. I think of with our effort， bullying can be stopped.
