It’s hard to imagine that so many world-class enterprises who are qualifi ed to set “Chinese Standards” in several high and new technology fi elds are born in a same city.It’s hard to imagine that the average age of the population in this city where so many miracles are created is only 34 years old.Learning from these young innovators, we may fi nd out all the reasons.

很难想象这样多有实力跻身世界一流、为多个高新行业制定“中国标准”的企业,会全部诞生于同一座城市。很难想象缔造这样多奇迹的城市,它的人口平均年龄只有34岁。从年轻的创造者们身上,我们或许能发现这一切发生的原因。

Nihao:为何深圳会在柔性显示屏方向出现领先世界的技术?

Anthony:目前,柔性显示还是一个尚未被验证的市场,所以一些行业巨头在战略布局上不一定放得开手脚。我们对显示行业的判断是:现在是硬屏的天下,未来则是柔屏的世界,因为它能够为用户提供更好的人机交互体验,比如说手表受制于手腕硬屏无法做大,但利用柔屏可以做成弯曲的界面,满足消费者对于大屏的需求。基于这一判断,我们的创始团队从2006年在对手尚未充分发力的情况下,率先进入柔性显示领域持续积累,专注地做这件事情,待市场成熟,就有望能弯道超车,成为这个领域的引领者。

Nihao:深圳在这一过程中扮演了什么样的角色?

《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020年)》提出“以硬件为中心”转变到“以解决实际问题应用和促进人的发展为核心”,“通过优质数字教育资源共建共享、信息技术与教育全面深度融合、促进教育教学和管理创新,助力破解教育改革和发展的难点问题”。“微课”作为信息技术与学科整合过程中产生的新型教学模式,利用其“短、小、精、悍”等特色,成为课堂教学的一种有效补充形式,已经在部分学校中使用并得到教师和学生的认可。

Nihao: How does Shenzhen play its role during this process?

Nihao: Why could this worldwide pioneering technology of fl exible screen manufacturing appear in Shenzhen?

Anthony:Recently, fl exible screen is still a market unverifi ed, so the heavyweights in this industry has not yet been aggressive in their strategic layouts.Our judge to the screen manufacturing industry is that now it's still a hard screen world, but it will be fl exible screens which rule the future, as they can provide better human-computer interfaces. For example, the traditional watch is limited to the size of human wrist, but fl exible screens can make it curve to accommodate a larger screen. Based on this,we are pioneering in this fi eld and keep gathering experience. When the market is mature enough, we can realise curve overtaking to be the leader of this industry.

Anthony:我们是靠技术创新起家的公司,在巨头林立、竞争激烈的城市,凭借技术创新得以生存发展。深圳开放、包容、有浓厚的创业氛围,所在的珠三角地区电子产业发达,有相对完整的产业链,可以将理论技术迅速转化为产品,为我们的技术创新提供硬件支持。

Anthony:We are an emerging company relying on technology, but in a city where the biggies are gathered and the competition is fi erce like in Shenzhen, we can get developed by technology innovation. Shenzhen is very open and tolerant. The atmosphere for entrepreneurs is good. The Pearl River Delta is also famous for its electronic industry,where there are relatively complete industrial chains.The new theories can be quickly transferred and applied to product designing, and then we get reliable support for our technology innovation.

Nihao: How does the worldwide renown Shenzhen Speed appear here?

Woody Liu:First of all, it's because of the city characteristics in the Pearl River Delta. The manufacturing and electronic industries around Shenzhen are quite developed, and the industrial chains are complete. What's more, Shenzhen is a young, open, diversifi ed and tolerant city where local customers have higher acceptability of new products. Thus, Huawei was able to be based and commercialised here in Shenzhen from the very beginning.

Nihao: During the process of international popularisation, how does Huawei emphasise its Chinese characteristics?

Vincent Chen:Huawei designs products for global customers, so we employ outstanding designers from all over the world, and we also alter some details according to the local markets and cultures, the colours, for example. We emphasise the aesthetics that can fi t mainstream tastes. In recent years, we also thought about adding more elements that could represent Chinese culture to our products. This is also the new trend in a global market. For instance, Huawei has lately released a limited collection, of which the colour is like jade,and the phone case is decorated with Suzhou embroidery. It's very popular among Chinese elements lovers. So, whatever design we are doing,we need to be costumer-oriented.

Nihao:Why can so many international enterprises like Huawei be established and developed in Shenzhen?

Woody Liu:I believe it's because Shenzhen people dare to think big, dare to do and dare to fi ght. In Huawei, there's a saying ,“make those who can hear the bombs call for the bombs“.This means we need to authorise more rights of decision to the primary level, and to make those who really know about the needs of the market to progress the possibilities of innovation. The average age of Huawei staff ranges around 30,and we have also built some scientifi c research centres to attract more heavyweights in the industry.But Huawei treasures equality. Every eight years,old staff are renewed with new numbers, and the new personnel will not see their experience or fear them. We have another saying: A cup of coffee can absorb the energy of the universe. In the cafe of Huawei, you can see many new staff chatting with their peers in a relaxing atmosphere. Our training for new staff is very interesting. Some graduates may be classmates in training with some heavyweights in the industry under the leadership of an enterprise teacher, which avoids the identity limits between their communication.

2018年6月21日,陈宝生部长在新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议上做了报告,题名为《关于加快建设高水平本科教育,全面提高人才培养能力的意见》(即“新时代高教40条”)。他在发言中首次提出“以本为本”“不重视本科教育的校长不是合格的校长”。我认为“以本为本”,离不开图书的传统服务。

Vincent Chen:I think, the emphasis on scientifi c research is one of the reasons. The investment in scientifi c research by Huawei last year was about 15% of its sales income. There are 8 researching institutes in China, and 8 overseas, including an institute of mathematics and an institute of aesthetics.

Nihao:深圳为什么能培育出华为这样全球闻名的企业?

Vincent:华为的产品面向全球,我们吸取了世界各地的优秀设计师,也会根据不同市场的文化增加一些细节上的调整,例如颜色。我们更强调符合国际主流的审美,近几年开始思考在设计中加入中国文化元素,这也是根据现在全球市场的导向。例如前不久华为就推出了一款限量版手机,手机颜色是玉色,手机壳带有苏绣元素,受到很多喜欢中国风的消费者喜欢。不管什么样的设计,始终要坚持以消费者需求为导向。

Nihao:华为在全球推广过程中是否会强调中国特色?

Woody:首先,这源于深圳所在珠三角地区的城市特色。深圳周边制造业、电子产业发达,产业链配套完善,再加上深圳更年轻、开放、包容、多元化,当地消费者对于新产品接受度高,所以华为最初能够迅速落地、商业化。

Nihao: In the genome industry, how do we set“Chinese criteria”?

Woody:我觉得,还是因为敢想、敢做、敢拼。在华为,有一句话叫“让听得见炮火的人去呼唤炮火”,能够给予基层充分的决策授权,让真正了解市场消费者需求的人去开展技术创新。华为员工平均年龄在30岁左右,当然也在全世界建立多个科研中心、网罗各种行业大牛。但华为的文化是讲究平等,老员工每8年换一次员工号,变成一个“新员工”,不让新人看出他的资历、产生畏惧。我们还有一句话“一杯咖啡吸收宇宙的能量”——在华为的咖啡厅,经常看到年轻人和技术大牛一起谈笑风生。而且我们的新员工培训很有特点,刚刚毕业的学生可能与行业大牛是同学,一起接受入职培训,被同一个企业老师带,这让大家的沟通更没有身份限制。

Vincent:我觉得,重视科研也是原因之一。华为去年的研发投入已经接近销售收入的15%。华为在国内有8个研究所,在海外也有8个,包括数学和美学研究所。

Nihao: Why do some special enterprises like BGI get born in Shenzhen?

Xu Xun:Shenzhen is a young immigrant city.There is a saying, when you come to Shenzhen,you belong here. It shows the openness and tolerance of Shenzhen. At the same time, there is a great base for IT and BT industries in Shenzhen.The talent advantage is very obvious, which can provide technology and energy support for scientifi c research that requires a lot of data analysis.Meanwhile, the local government also encourages innovation. Shenzhen aims to be the capital of creativity, where creative and innovative people will benefi t a lot.

Nihao:为什么这里能出现让世界震惊的“深圳速度”?

Xu Xun:BGI is called the Huangpu Military Academy in the gene engineering fi eld. Through a series of researches and innovations, iconic results and publication of top articles, we can achieve our own infl uence and voice in the industry and to take part in setting standards within the industry. For example, speaking of the sequencer, only three companies all over the world can manufacture it.Two of them are in America, and the other one is us.Compared to the other two companies, we have only one advantage: we have a larger population and we can provide a larger sample to support the data analysis, which also makes our research more reliable. The second advantage may be that the government pays a lot attention to people's livelihoods and health. The domestic demand is also a huge support to the industry.

本控制系统采用倍福PLC作为主控制器,相对于DSP控制电路,PLC工作稳定,性能可靠,并且易于扩展,便于后期系统升级改造[4]。本系统采用倍福高速超采样模块,能够满足卷烟机高速生产时的测量任务。并通过PLC模拟PID控制器实现烟支重量控制,系统响应迅速,动作平稳,能够很好地满足卷烟机重量控制要求。

Nihao: Why Shenzhen can be a paradise to innovative people?

例如,在“基因重组”一节新授课中,学生的笔记可以记为: ①时间: ____________;②原因: ____________;③类型(按原因分): ____________;④结果: ____________;⑤意义: ____________。也可以采用“思维导图法”。又如,在学习“调节植物生长发育的五大类激素”一节时,学生可画一个植物简化图,在植物的各器官与部位上标注存在,或产生的各种植物激素及其相应的作用。

海面以下的冰山,融化得更快;露出海面的冰山,迎着海浪的那一面融化得更快。不同的融化速度使得冰山的形状发生了改变,不能一直稳稳地浮在海水中,它们随时有可能来个大翻转,触发可怕的海啸,损毁附近的船只。

Xu Xun:The biggest problem of traditional scientifi c research lies in blind faith of authority, which is full of rules and frames. Now, scientifi c research has also stepped into the era of big data, and the whole paradigm has been hugely changed. Genome is new to the whole world, which also gives us many opportunities. Shenzhen is a new city, where there is no related institution for this industry, and no authority, so the modes of scientifi c research can be easily broken. Moreover, this fi eld is a young people's fi eld. It's easier and quicker for them to accept something new. Thus, in Shenzhen, the products of BGI are the quickest ones to popularise in application. The average age of the staff in BGI is just 27 years old. Our evaluation of personnel is like horse racing, which is not related to degrees or working experiences, but only results. We even once employed a young man who dropped out of high school but was a genius in data analysis. We don't do check-in or attendance here. Everyone is sitting in an open offi ce. If you can do your work well, you will be defi nitely promoted. However, we annually check the health condition of our staff, and there are workout devices in every offi ce, even some standing desks. As for an enterprise who is working on life engineering, our respect for health is shown in every detail. In Shenzhen, many hi-tech enterprises also have such kind of “new” concepts just like us.

《西厢记》《牡丹亭》《红楼梦》在讲述才子佳人故事的过程中,其思想主旨方面均体现了青年男女与封建家长或封建礼教的矛盾,有相同之处,但亦有明显的不同,尤其是《红楼梦》与前两部作品之间。“《红楼梦》中的爱情描写完全突破了传统小说戏曲中那种郎才女貌、一见钟情的老套子,其结局也不再是千篇一律夫贵妻荣的大团圆,而是一个具有深刻思想意义的社会悲剧。”[1]《红楼梦》深刻的思想性与浓郁的悲剧性使之与以往的才子佳人作品有了质的区别,由此也凸显了作品的深邃及曹雪芹的伟大。

Nihao:为什么深圳可以诞生像华大这样特别的企业?

回顾性分析2015年9月—2018年8月我院58例患者的肋骨骨折CT影像和临床内固定术后病历资料。其中男40例,女18例,年龄20~62岁,平均41岁。单侧肋骨骨折31例,双侧多发多段肋骨骨折27例,肋骨骨折数1~8根,胸壁塌陷6例,胸壁软化3例,合并血气胸5例,肺挫伤23例,呼吸困难6例。

徐讯:传统科研最大的问题是迷信权威,有许多的条条框框。目前科学研究也进入大数据时代,整个范式都有颠覆性的变化,基因领域在全世界都是新领域,这给了我们很多机会。深圳是一个新城,之前没有相关基础,没有领域权威,容易打破旧模式。再加上都是年轻人,接受新事物、新概念快,所以在深圳,华大的产品在应用推广方面发展最快。深圳华大生命科学研究院员工平均年龄27岁,我们对人才的考核像“赛马”,不看学历、不看资历,只看结果。我们甚至曾经招收过高中退学的年轻人,但在数据挖掘方面他们都是神童。这里不打卡、不考勤,无论领导员工都坐在开放式办公室,只要项目做得好,晋升通道非常明晰。不过,华大年终绩效考核需要考察身体健康程度,每个办公室都有健身器材和握力器,还有很多站立式办公桌。对于一个研究人类生命的企业,对健康的重视是融合到每一个细节里。在深圳,很多高科技企业都有这样比较“新”的观念。

Nihao:在基因领域,我们制定了怎样的“中国标准”?

被控对象中反应堆的建模包括反应堆压力容器下降段、下腔室、堆芯活性区、旁流通道、上腔室等区域.反应堆建模节点划分如图5所示.

徐讯:华大被称为基因界的“黄埔军校”。通过一系列研发创新,形成标志性成果,发表顶级文章,建立行业影响力,掌握行业话语权,并参与行业标准制定。比如在测序仪方面,全世界只有三家能量产,两家在美国,一家就是我们。相比他们,我们有一个优势,就是中国人口众多,可以提供大数据样本支持,这让我们可以快速积累大数据。第二就是国家对民生、对大健康的关注,有内生的需求,给予了这个行业政策支持。

Nihao :为什么深圳可以成为创新者的乐园?

徐讯:深圳是一座年轻的移民城市,有一句话叫“来了就是深圳人”,足见这座城市的开放、包容。同时,深圳有较好的IT、BT行业基础,人才优势明显,对当下大数据条件下的科学研究,提供了技术力量的支持。另外,深圳当地政府鼓励创新,着力打造创意之都,也对创新者有很大支持。

Nihao: Tencent Gongyi represents the pattern Internet + Charity, so how does it provide its new concepts for the world?

Peng Pai:Different from the mature pattern of NGOs in western countries, China has started late,but we are in an Internet-dominant era. The concept of Tencent is to link everything through the Internet.When we design our products, we use the Internet technologies and operational ideas of the Internet to form our products. The users can even take part in our charity activities by walking, reading and game playing, such as donating footsteps. Thus, the users can help others everyday simply by walking,and the threshold is hugely lowered.

Li Chen:In this powerful Internet platform of Tencent, there are not only a huge amount of users,but also many related Internet technologies and methods like WeChat Wallet. The users can join the charity through the APP on a smart phone, which also makes the Charity much more convenient.

Nihao: How is the charity atmosphere in Shenzhen?

成都市会展旅游业虽然在发展中取得了一些成绩,但是也存在很多不容忽视的问题。本文通过分析成都市会展旅游发展的现状,找出制约成都市会展旅游发展的原因,然后基于游客感知价值进行分析,提出成都市会展旅游的营销策略,以期对成都市会展旅游业的发展做出贡献。

Chen Feng:The amount of volunteers in Shenzhen is more than 1 million. It's rare to be seen in China. Both the acceptability and the degree of participation of charity is very high. I feel it's because the young people in this city are very tolerant to new concepts and new information. In Shenzhen, not only young people, the elderly are also very open and energetic. We once made an online gallery to exhibit the works by autistic children, and many older people shared this activity to their Moments of WeChat.

Nihao: What will the situation of charity be like in the future?

Zeng Yingru:Working with charity should not only get people touched, we need to also develop some better charity products to lower the threshold and encourage more people to join us. The products that can add new charity elements to our daily lives and to cultivate positive habits of our users will be the new trend in the future.

例如教师命题“记一件有意义的事”时,学生就会反复回忆身边发生过的事情,但很多学生还是只能回忆起如:在放学路上扶老人过马路、为贫困山区捐款等一般性事件。这种事情看似有意义,而写出的文章则千篇一律。究其原因可得知,大部分学生的作文是从其他优秀文章借鉴而来,这种文章并不具备独特性和真实性,自然无法打动读者内心。对此,教师可指导学生思考写作的意义和目的,让其明白写作要遵循自身已有的真实感受和情感体验,在优化语言的基础上体现写作文章的真实性。

Li Chen:The groups of Chinese people in charities can be like a pyramid. What we should do is to enlarge the group and to make people who are in the lower levels be the activists of higher levels through the pattern of Internet+Charity.

Peng Pai:I believe that the world is changed when everyone does a little bit more, rather than less people do much more. If we could get more people to join us, it will be great.

腾讯公益在深圳

Nihao:以腾讯公益为代表的互联网+公益,为世界提供了一个什么样的新模式?

我国生态水利工程学领域的研究起步较晚,理论基础还很薄弱,因此要加强对相关理论基础的研究,同时,随着其它学科及相关技术的发展,水利工程的发展还要融入其它学科先进的技术和理念。

彭湃:不同于西方成熟的NGO体系,中国后起步但遇上互联网勃发的时代。腾讯的思维是互联网连接一切。我们在设计产品时,运用互联网技术、互联网运营思路,形成公益产品。用户甚至可以以走路、阅读、游戏的方式参与公益,例如捐步数——每天走路就可以帮到人,门槛大大降低。

李晨:在腾讯强大的互联网平台上,不仅有数量巨大的用户群,而且有像微信支付这样关联的互联网技术手段,用户通过手机即可马上参加公益。这让一切都更加顺畅。

图2可见,正念疗法运用于医学、运动学、心理学、老年学等不同领域,其在国内发展势头强劲,但总体上核心文献数量有待提高,学术阵地尚未完全形成,呈零星散点之态。

Nihao:深圳的公益氛围如何?

陈峰:深圳的志愿者数量超过100万,如此大规模在国内并不多见。另外,通过后台的大数据可以发现,深圳网友的捐款额在全国同样名列前茅。深圳对公益接受度和参与度都很高。我想是因为这个城市的人很年轻,接受新观念、新信息很快。在深圳,不仅是年轻人,老人的心态也同样开放、保持活力。我们之前发起的自闭儿童画廊,很多阿姨叔叔也在朋友圈刷屏参与。

Nihao:我们的公益未来会是怎样?

曾映如:做公益不仅要以情动人,更要设计开发出好的公益产品,降低公益的门槛,让更多的人参与进来。在生活中加入公益元素的产品,培养用户的公益习惯,我想这是未来的发展趋势。

李晨:中国的公益群体模型大概是一个金字塔,我们要做的就是,通过互联网+公益的形式,不断扩大参与公益的人群,让低一层的公益参与者成长为高一层的参与者。

彭湃:我认为,世界的改变,不是少数人做了很多,而是每个人都做了一点。如果我们可以让更多的人参与进来,将是非常棒的事情。
