盡管涤纶短纤、粘胶纤维等传统化纤产品市场经过多年高速发展已基本趋于平稳,但对装备的要求,仍围绕着大容量,差异化,高新技术纤维、新型纤维,智能化等方向发展。

长丝方面,信息网络化、生产数字化、管理智能化、节能减排、绿色生产、高效低耗正在成为设备企业普遍关注的主题。

Although the market for traditional chemical fiber products such as polyester staple fiber and viscose fiber has basically stabilized after years of rapid development, the requirements for equipment still focus on the development of large-capacity, differentiation, hi-tech fiber, new fiber, and smart manufacturing .

In terms of filaments, the information network, digital production, intelligent management, energy saving, green production, high efficiency and low consumption are becoming the general concern of equipment companies.

In general, the current simple conventional equipment can no longer meet the market demand, while the flexible, highefficient, and automatic equipment is becoming the first choice for chemical fiber manufacturers. 郑纺机的粘胶纤维设备研制始于二十世纪五十年代,经过半个多世纪的不断探索实践和发展创新,现已成为在国内唯一能够提供粘胶纤维成套设备的供应商,在中国国内的市场综合占有率达到90%以上。

依托近几年新上的粘胶短纤项目,郑纺机先后研发成功年产六万吨、八万吨、十万吨、十二万吨粘胶短纤生产线,特别是今年开始安装的吉林化纤股份有限公司后处理设备采用了4.5米幅宽精炼联合机,在全世界同类型设备中都是最大幅宽;这些设备采用国际先进的后处理工艺,整个生产线具有设备投资省、能源消耗低、安全可靠性高、对工艺适应性强等优点。

单机、单线产能的提高可以减少投资成本,节省厂房占地面积,降低生产运行中能源、物料、人工消耗,所以说,单机产能的大小是常规化纤设备最重要的技术指标,除了最大幅宽的纺练设备外,郑纺机还研制了2438mm幅宽的压榨机和50立方米容量的黄化机,均达到目前全世界最大单机产能。

在粘胶短纤维方面,郑纺机现在可提供日产15吨、30吨、50吨、100吨、130吨、180吨、240吨、300吨、360吨等不同规格的全流程成套设备,生产线主要包括原液、纺练、酸站等设备,该生产线具有大容量、节能、低消耗、布局紧凑、节约建筑成本、操作简单、安装维护方便等诸多优点。

The viscose equipment of Zhengzhou Textile Machinery was started to be developed in the 1950s. After the continuous practice and development innovation of more than half a century, it has become the only supplier which can provide the complete viscose equipment in China. Its comprehensive occupancy in the Chinese market reaches over 90%.

Depending on the new viscose projects in the recent years, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery has succeeded in developing the viscose production lines of 60,000 tons, 80,000 tons, 100,000 tons and 120,000 tons successively. In particular, the finishing equipment which has just started to be installed to Jilin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. adopts the refined combination machine with the breath of 4.5 meters, which is the biggest breadth in the similar equipment in the whole world. These equipment adopt the internationally advanced finishing technologies. In addition, the whole production line has the strengths of economized investment, low energy consumption, high reliability and strong technological adaptability.endprint

The improvement of the outputs for the single machine and single production line can reduce the investment cost, save the covering area of the plant, and decrease the energy, material and labor consumption in the manufacturing process. Therefore, the output of single machine is the most important technological index of the ordinary chemical fiber equipment. In addition to the spinning equipment with the biggest breadth, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery still developed the presser in the breadth of 2,438 mm and xanthating machine in 50 m3 volume, which have reached the biggest single machine outputs in the whole world at present.

As to the viscose staple fiber, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery can provide the complete flow outfits of different specifications with the daily outputs of 15 tons, 30 tons, 50 tons, 100 tons, 130 tons, 180 tons, 240 tons, 300 tons and 360 tons. Its production line mainly includes the stoste, spinning practice, acid station and other equipment. 復合纺短纤维生产线

随着生活水平的提高、科学技术的进步及环保意识的不断增强,化纤纺织品在实现弥补棉花产能及性能不足之后,逐步向满足个性化、功能化、感性化及可降解方面转变。郑纺机ZLH203*系列复合纺短纤维纺丝生产线和ZLHV90*/ZLHV80*系列复合纺短纤维后处理生产线,以满足功能性复合纺短纤维的生产需求。复合纺短纤维前后纺生产线主要适用于双组份复合纺,双组份可为多个品种,主要包括PE、PP、PA6/66、COPET、PET及可降级的生物基聚乳酸(PLA)等,适用于并列型、皮芯型及海岛型复合纤维。

ZLH203-24型纺丝联合机采用可降解的生物基聚乳酸作为纤维材料,通过研究及小试后确定工艺设备流程,为原创性设计;采用组件下装式纺丝箱体+侧吹风的工艺流程,喷丝板直径相对比较小,更有利于丝束的均匀一致,降低CV值,提高聚乳酸纤维的可纺性。

ZLH203*系列产品的纺丝箱体内部熔体管道的设计根据熔体特性,通过专用流体软件对压降、停留时间、剪切及粘度进行流动计算,以实现双组份在喷丝板处以合理的组合形式喷出;纺丝箱体热媒流动无死角设计,充分保证内部温度场均匀一致;新型复合保温式复合纺箱体,表面温升小节能降耗。

As the improvement of the living standard, progress of the scientific technology and the increasing awareness of the environmental protection, the man-made textiles have gradually transformed to satisfy individuation, functionalization, perception and degradable aspects after succeeding in remedying the insufficient capacity and performance of the cotton. The ZLH203* series composite staple fiber spinning production line and ZLHV90*/ZLHV80* series composite staple fiber finishing production line can satisfy the manufacturing demand of the functional composite staple fiber. The before and after spinning production line of the composite staple fiber is mainly applicable to the two-component composite spinning. The two component can be divided into several varieties, mainly including: PE, PP, PA6/66, COPET, PET and degraded PLA and so on. Moreover, it is also applicable to paralleling, sheath-core and sea-island composite fibers.endprint

ZLH203-24 spinning combination machine employs the degradable PLA as the fiber material. The technological equipment process has been confirmed after the research and lab test. It is the original design. It adopts the technological process of bottom-mounted spinning case + cross air blasting. Its diameter of the spinneret plate is relatively small, which is more beneficial for the even and conform tows, thus reducing CV value and increasing the spinnability of the polylactic acid fiber.

In the spinning manifold of ZLH203* series products, the design of its inner melt pipes is calculated by professional fluid software to the pressure drop, standing time, shearing and viscosity according to the melt characteristics, thus realizing that the two components will be sprayed out with reasonable combinations at the spinneret plate. The heating medium flow of the spinning manifold is in seamless design, so as to ensure the even and conform inner temperature field. The new-type compound insulation composite spinning box has small temperature rise on the surface to reduce the energy consumption.

ZWBP612-180 winding head

The spindle is in the specification of 1,800 mm. It can satisfy the winding capacity of the 12 spinning cakes with the single spinning cake weight of 15 kg. It is suitable for the chemical fiber filament of high-speed winding. A single spinning position has the doffing of 180 kg, so as to improve the spinning efficiency of single machine and single spinning position, thus promoting the capacity of the unit area, reducing the land cost of the user and embodying the enterprise pursuit of high-efficient and high-quality manufacturing.endprint

In the process of developing the products, Huaying uses the customized special steel to process the spindles. Through multiple qualitative processing technologies and various refined processing means, it can further optimize various measures of the precised winding control programs as well as the subtle research and design. 本届展会上,中丽制机公司展出i-BWA40ll-1800 新型卷绕头、BZL64D-VS双丝假捻变形机、JS105-30D-01T螺杆、化纤长丝全自动落筒机等设备。

i-BWA40ll-1800 新型卷绕头最高机械速度可达4000m/ min,最大卷装尺寸为435mm,最大卷重可达15kg,适纺品种POY,横动方式为拨叉式,压辊为主动式。

BZL64D-VS双丝假捻变形机采用电机直连技术,所有传动轴都由同步电机直接连接,节能降噪;电锭双层假捻器,独立丝道,可以生产S+Z、S+S、Z+Z合股丝。该机机械速度可达1200m/min,全机锭数288锭;适纺范围22~440 dtex(v型),150~660dtex(M型)。

JS105-30D-01T螺杆杆直径为105mm,适用于PA66工业丝、PA6等切片纺丝。本螺杆设计已经获得国家实用新型专利,专利号:ZL201620822750.1。该产品的特点为:螺杆表面氮化后,螺棱外表采用高压高速(HP/HVOF)全面合金;披覆式熔射技术处理,披覆合金厚度1.5~2mm,披覆合金层高耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温;皮膜密度99%~99.8%,附着强度10000Psi以上;该螺杆通过压缩段特殊设计,解决了现有技术中的纺PA66长丝用螺杆,存在的温度不易控制,对物料的熔融不均匀的技术问题;实现了使温度更受控制,对物料的熔融更均匀和充分的技术效果。

化纤长丝全自动落筒机丝饼类型:POY/FDY,锭轴长度:最大1800mm,装载丝饼重量:最大360kg,落筒数量:800次/天/线,最大产量:144吨/天/线。

JS105-30D-01T extruder

With approved Patent ZL2016 20822750.1, this Ф105 mm extruder is suitable for PA66 Industrial yarn, PA6 Industrial yarn and textile yarn.

Excellent wear resistance, corrosion protection and high temperature resistance can be achieved through screw surface nitriding and coating with HP/HVOF thermal spray technique. With thickness of 1.5 -2 mm, the alloy film has density of 99% - 99.8% and adhesion strength of above 10,000P si.

Thanks to specially designed compression section, this extruder realizes easy temperature control and homogeneous chips melting which is often a technical bottleneck in current PA66 spinning.
