The 8th Expo Project Fair for International Cooperation （EPFIC 2018） will be held from 25-27 June 2018 in Hangzhou International Expo Center. In January， the event has officially started the preparation stage.

A database of over 1，000 trade visitors

EPFIC as leading B2B negotiation event for promoting the cooperation of global exhibition industry， has been held successfully for seven editions. The event has built a database of over 1，000 trade visitors， which is the core of its competitiveness. In the past editions， it has welcomed a total of 10，000 conference and exhibition professionals from 36 countries and regions， showing the great attractiveness of the event.

EPFIC 2018 is co-organized by China International Conference and Exhibition Magazine， Machinery and Automobile Exhibitions Federation， and China Union of City Convention and Exhibition Industry Associations. It is expected that the combined effort of these three strong industry organizations will greatly promote the development of the Chinese convention and exhibition industry.

Create new heights of convention and exhibition

Under the theme of “Globalization？Interconnection？Create new heights of convention and exhibition”， EPFIC 2018 aims to promote the exchange of innovative experience of the MICE industry， the implementing of governmental exhibition management system， create convention and exhibition brands， and to advance the docking of domestic and international MICE associations and enterprises.

While keeping the big scale， EPFIC 2018 will continue to focus on improving event quality. During the three-day event， there will be a number of forward-looking forums on niche aspects of the conference and exhibition industry chain. A great deal of international speakers will be invited to give speeches， participate in dialogues， have face-to-face communication with domestic participants， share latest information and reach more cooperation relationships.

Multiple activities covering the entire MICE industry

Apart from the Plenary Opening Ceremony， there will be about 20 activities during the three day event， including： theme forums， roundtable meeting， high-end interview， theme promotional conference， exclusive matching meeting conference， theme cocktail party， and networking dinner， providing multiple opportunities for participants to share information and strengthen business network.

Among these activities， various sub-forums will be held to meet the individual needs of different customers groups.
