人生的幸福与否在一定程度上取决于你的关注点是什么，即在漫长而又丰富多彩的人生旅程中，我们不仅仅要关注最能吸引我们的东西，还需关注那些未能引起我们的注意但又是我们的人生中不可或缺的东西，这样我们的人生才会愈发丰富多彩。

One day a professor entered the classroom and told the students about a special test.After hearing that，all students were seated and waited for the test to begin.The professor gave the test papers to all students with text facing down at the desk.Once he was done with handing out the test papers to all students，he asked them to turn the test papers and begin.

Students wereconfusedto see that there was not a question but just a black dot in the center of the page.The professor noticed the students'face expression and told them，“I want you to write about what you see there.”

The students were still confused but got started with the test.At the end of the class，the professor took allanswer sheetsand started reading each answer from each sheet in front of all students.All of them described the black dot and tried to explain its position etc.After the professor finished reading the whole class was silent.

Now，the professor began to explain，“Don't worry，I am not going to give you grades for this but I just want you to think about something.Here everyone focused on the black dot and wrote about it but no one wrote about the white paper，the same is with our life.The white paperrepresentsour whole life and the black dot represents problems in our life.

Our life is a gift with love and care，and we always have reasons to celebrate and we still just focus on day to day problems like healthissues，lack of money，problems in relationships etc.But we never see that these problems are very small compared to everything we have in our life.”

We should try to take eyes off our problems and enjoy each one of ourblessings，each moment that life gives us.Be happy and live life positively.

一天，一位教授走进教室，对学生说要进行一次特殊的测试。听到这个消息后，所有学生都坐好等待测试开始。教授给学生们分发试卷，把有字的一面朝下放着。所有试卷都发完后，教授让学生们把试卷翻过来，开始测试。

学生看到试卷上没有问题，在试卷中央只有一个黑点，都很困惑。教授注意到了学生们脸上的表情，说道：“我想让你们把看到的都写下来。”

学生们依旧很疑惑，但还是开始答卷了。快下课时，教授把所有答卷都收上来，开始在所有学生面前朗读每张试卷上的答案。所有学生都描述了那个黑点，并试图解释它的位置等。教授读完以后全班都沉默了。

教授接下来解释说：“不用担心，这个测试我不会给你们打分，我只是想让你们思考一些事情：你们在座的每个人关注的都是黑点，写的都是关于这个黑点，却没人写这张白纸，我们的生活也是如此。白纸代表我们的人生，黑点代表我们生活中遇到的问题。

我们的生活是一份充满爱和关心的礼物，我们总是有快乐的理由，我们仍然只是日复一日地关注诸如健康、缺钱、人际关系等问题。但我们却从未看到，与我们生活中所拥有的一切相比，这些问题简直微不足道。”

我们应该努力把注意力从问题上移开，享受我们所拥有的一切和生命里的每一刻。要快乐，积极地生活。
