浅谈电力配网工程施工中的安全管理

【摘 要】安全管理是配电网工程建设中需要重点面对的问题之一。如果在工程施工中存在安全问题，将大大降低电力工程的稳定性，员工的安全也无法保障，而且还会降低企业的经济效益。所以，要尽快发现安全问题，将优化方法制定出来，保障配电网工程施工的顺利展开，不会存在安全问题，对发电机组的发展也可以起到一定的促进作用，用户的用电体验也会有所提高。论文着重研究电力配网工程施工中的安全管理方面的问题。

【Abstract】Safety management is one of the key problems in distribution network construction. If there are safety problems existing in the construction of the project， the stability of the power project will be greatly reduced， the safety of employees will not be guaranteed， and the economic benefits of the enterprise will also be reduced. Therefore， safety problems should be found as soon as possible and optimization methods should be formulated to ensure the smooth development of the distribution network project. There will be no safety problems， which can also play a certain role in promoting the development of the generator set and improving the user's electricity use experience. This paper focuses on the safety management problems of power distribution network construction.

1 引言

中国的能源中，电力资源非常重要。配电网承担着输电的责任，要保证电能传输质量，其所发挥的作用是不可替代的。配电网的安全运行，可以将用户所需要的电能安全地输送，满足用户的用电需求。随着社会的发展，人们对电力资源需求量的增加，用电过程中的安全管理工作就更加艰巨。在建设配电网工程时，对各种影响因素要高度重视，强化安全管理工作，为施工塑造安全的环境。
