About Breakfast

Recently I have made an investigation among 100 students of Senior. One in our school. About 45 precent students go to school without breakfast. While 35 percent students do not treat breakfast seriously. Only 20 percent students have enough breakfast with nutrition every morning.

Some students who study late into the night choose to miss breakfast so that they can have a few extra minutes in bed. Others are given money to buy their breakfast on the way to school because their parents are too busy to prepare it for them. In addition， a few school girls want to stay silm and often go to school without breakfast.

In fact breakfast is very important. It can make you have good member， and good judgement， and make you in good heip. So every student should start their day with a regular breakfast.

Dont waste your time

I am a senior school student. Now， I am in grade two. To be honest， Im not agood child or student. I aiways think studying is very boring . And Im also lazy in my subjects. But on the other hand， I never want to be a girl who has no knowledge for some things. Believe it or not， Im looking forward to being a diplomat of elact. So I know I can not waste my time to do something awful and terrible. And frow now on， Ill do what Ican to learn much better！ I am so into English， I hope you are the same as me.

Youth， live with more fun.

In <Harry potter with half-blood prince>， Dumbledore said to Harry， Youth， live with more fun. Youth， a large amount of wealth.Youth days， spend with friends， spend with joys.

Youth， some spend it， some treasure it， but I show respect to it. Not too much fun with youth for me， niether do I feel happy or sad. I am just puzzled. Where a youth can create a great many things？ Or just go down， falling into the vally of disapponitment？ Finally， I find it just a fun for being a youth. Dont think too many things about the past childhood， or the coming unknown life. Just for you， for me， enjoy the fun in our youth， then be a tough man step-by-step go.

Our Great Motherland

Our great motherland is one of the largest countries in the world. It has a population of over twelve hundred million. Beijing is its capital.

We Chinese people are brave and hardworking. We have a glorious revolutionary tradition. We drove out all the enemies. In 1949 the Peoples Republic of China was founded. Since then great changes have taken place in our motherland. Now our country is getting stronger and stronger. We Chinese people are working hard to make our motherland into a powerful country.

Is Watching TV a Good Thing？

Television has changed peoples life much since it was invented. Now it has become one important part of modern life.

People enjoy themselves after hard work by watching TV. They can see some plays， some stories， some sports matches without going out of home， and without spending much money in buying tickets. TV programmes make peoples life more interesting.

People learn much from TV， students can study by watching some educational programmes. People can see news， weather reports， programmes about science and computers. People all over the world can learn from each other and get knowledge when they are watching TV.

But not all the programmes are good enough. Today， there are too much programmes about love and crime. Some people become bad because they learn from the bad people in those programmes. And watching TV usually takes too much time. Its not good for peoples work and study. Its not good for their eyes， either.

People all over the world are watching TV. Is watching TV a good thing or a bad one？ I think it depends on people themselves. If one can choose good programmes and he doesnt spend too much time on TV， it can be a good thing for him.

The Broadcasting Station of Our Sch

There is a broadcasting station in our school. All kinds of programmes are broadcast here. For example， brief news， moral education， voice of the class， sports entertainment， music appreciation are broadcast on the air all over the school. It broadcasts both self-made programmes and relays. They are all good， in my opinion. If we want to improve our English， wed better pick up the English programme every day. It isnt difficult to understand. We can also listen to English programmes on the radio. As a result， the more we listen to the programmes， the more we know. We can also write to the station to give advice or to ask for what we want.

To be or not to be a child

For 17， its time to say goodbye to my childhood， because 18 is coming.  For 17， I have many hurts and pains， the worst is why I must say goodbye to my childhood. For 17， I know it not easy for life， I know hard-working is the key to succees. But why I should look for my succees， where he is？ For  17， I doubled if its need to be or not to be a child， but unknown. To be or not to be， this is not a question， for I know its know difference between child and adult.

Caught Fire

At about 2 oclock this afternoon， my neighbours house caught fire. With the help of the firemen， the fire was prevented from spreading and was put down at 2：40. No one was killed in the fire. But all the furniture was burnt and the house was completely destroyed. It has to be rebuilt. It has been found out that a burning cigarette had caused the fire.

What a lesson！

Smoking not only does harm to health， but also causes accidents.
