摘要: at present, pharyngeal sound still affects the practice method of voice production, and its effect has been affirmed and studied by many people. However, the current research is basically limited to the study of the voice effect of the host from the perspective of the broadcasting host discipline, or the study of how to recover the voice of the patients with throat diseases from the perspective of medicine. There is no comprehensive research on the voice effect of the throat combined with art and medicine. Therefore, in this study, the author, as a researcher of broadcasting art and a doctoral student in otorhinolaryngology of West China Medical College of Sichuan University, discussed and studied the general situation, development, characteristics and value of the vocal effect produced by pharyngeal sound, respectively, based on the research results of Lin Junqing, a pharyngeal specialist, and the investigation and understanding of the clinical effect of medicine combined with the actual pharyngeal sound, hoping that It can sort out and summarize the basic situation of the effect of preserving pharyngeal sound on phonation, so as to provide convenience for other scholars who study and understand pharyngeal sound.

1、 The significance of the popularization of "pharyngeal sound"

The literature data summarized in this paper shows that the prevalence of voice diseases of professional hosts is about 20% - 50%. "In fact, in addition to hosts, there are also a large number of industries using voice as labor tools in society, such as teachers, lawyers, tour guides, civil servants, commentators, salesmen, public relations people, singers The voice anguish of these numerous members of society has always been ignored. " Preliminary exploration shows that voice training has a positive and good effect on the treatment of voice diseases and the improvement of voice quality. Based on the literature data, the actual situation and my preliminary research results, it can be seen that "pharyngeal voice" has a positive promotion significance. Some methods of practicing throat voice, such as throat massage, breath, bubble voice, soft jaw, lip and tongue exercises, are easy to learn, easy to understand, short to complete, not to affect others, and efficient to open voice. If the "throat" is extended to the host and other professional voice users, it can help more people improve their voice quality and sub-health In order to reduce the economic burden, avoid the trouble of voice diseases and improve the quality of life of the professional voice users, we should treat the vocal cord lesions with Bai ran method without relying on drugs or surgery.

2、 Voice training

In order to observe the effect of pharyngeal sound, a host who has a vocal nodal section has been trained in pharyngeal sound, and a voice training program has been developed for him. The training times are three times, one hour each time. The training principle is gradual, from easy to difficult. The training goal is that after the voice training, the parameters of computer voice analysis are within the normal range, the sound quality has been improved, and the treble is not difficult. The exercises used in class include: throat massage, tongue pushing, soft jaw lifting exercise, lip muscle exercise, breath exercise, bubble sound exercise, large opening throat sound (long sound), large opening throat sound (short sound), large opening throat sound scale exercise.

3、 Research results of the effect of voice training on voice diseases

This paper mainly includes two aspects of research, one is the effect of voice training on voice diseases, the other is the effect of voice training on voice diseases

It is the study of voice training to improve the voice quality of singers. Due to the limitation of time and objective conditions, only one case is collected in this study. Through the results before and after the voice training of the singer, the preliminary research results are: through the voice training, the voice quality of the host can be improved.

In the first session of vocal training, the voice of the patients with vocal chords is weak, the breath supply is insufficient, the air leakage is serious, and the air flow sound of "Sissi" is emitted to interfere with the voice color; in the second session, the breath sound is reduced, and the breath starts to support the voice more effectively, but there is still air leakage, and the voice color begins to mellow. Three times of practice of large opening pharyngeal scale can reach high C, the loudness has been improved to a certain extent, the voice has no breath sound and air leakage sound, which is stronger than before.

4、 Summary

First, based on the successful experience of a patient with voice disease who has successfully improved the voice quality through voice training, on the basis of voice training methods for common voice disease patients, according to different voice problems of singers, increase voice training methods focusing on the training of breath ability, resonance effect and expansion of voice range, preliminarily proving that voice training has obvious effect on the voice quality of singers However, it is still necessary to increase the number of research cases in the follow-up study to obtain more convincing evidence.

Secondly, the normal value of the host's voice parameters should be different from the normal value of the ordinary people's voice parameters, which needs to be further explored and specially formulated to meet the normal standard of singers.

Third, the follow-up study can consider vigorously promoting "voice health exercise" among voice practitioners, and try to select points at the same time  carry out more teaching of pharyngeal sound.
