表达情感、表明态度是对中学生的一项重要要求，也是中考常考的热点话题。此话题范围比较广泛，主要从以下几个方面进行设题：

1. 情感表达，如感恩他人、表达爱和幸福;2. 生活态度，如诚信、宽容、分享;3. 励志激励，如学会自立自强;4. 应对烦恼、困惑，如学会解决问题、自我减压等。

一、典型例题剖析

当今社会，很多家庭对孩子过分溺爱，导致当他们面对问题时手足无措。因此对孩子们来说，学会自立相当重要。请根据以上所述，结合表格所提供的信息，以“Learn to Be Independent”为题写一篇80词左右的短文。
