中国—东盟博览会旅游展将于10月举行

7月28日，2021中国—东盟博览会旅游展新闻发布会在北京召开，宣布今年旅游展将于10月15～17日在桂林举行。本届旅游展以“深化‘一带一路建设，推动旅游高质量发展”为主题，旨在加强中国—东盟文化旅游交流合作，增进文化旅游“互联互通”，促进“民心相通”，助力打造更高水平的中国—东盟文化和旅游交流平台，推动共建更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体。

“中国文莱文化艺术节” 在京举办

7月27日，为庆祝中国文莱建交30周年， 北京市人民对外友好协会与文莱中国友好协会共同主办的“中国文莱文化艺术节”艺术家交流会在线上举办。北京画院4位知名艺术家与文莱5位青年艺术家就艺术创作思路以及今后如何通过艺术加强互动、促进中文两国文化的交流等话题进行了充分的交流。此次交流会为2021首都（北京）民间友好交流与合作云对话第十二场活动。

越南预设富国岛为旅游试点

7月27日，越南交通运输部称，该部就文化体育与旅游部关于坚江省富国岛试点接待国际游客计划草案发布了文件，其中交通运输部基本同意富国岛试点接待国际游客。富国岛因颇具吸引力而被选为试点接待国际游客的地方，当地拥有较为健全的基础设施、旅游接待单位、旅游景点等。此外，这里人口密度小，约为10万人，和越南大陆分开，交通较为顺畅。

柬埔寨将收回被美盗古文物

柬埔寨文化艺术部于7月16日发布通告，根据柬埔寨和美国签署的合作谅解备忘录，美方将在近期内向柬埔寨归还一件古文物。该古文物是从柬埔寨柏威夏省Krachap古迹中被盗走，并被非法运送至美国纽约。后来美国政府从持有者手上没收，以交还给柬埔寨。柬埔寨文化艺术部部长彭萨格娜表示，柬埔寨政府将继续致力于搜寻并带回被走私至外国的古文物。

柬埔寨依托国际旅游博览会宣传旅游

7月16～18日，在中国陕西省举办的2021西安丝绸之路国际旅游博览会上，柬埔寨旅游部向中国民众推介柬埔寨旅游市场以及柬埔寨的美食、美景，并介绍了 “2022年东盟旅游论坛” 将于2022年1月16～22日在西哈努克省举办。在此次国际旅游博览会上，柬埔寨旅游部展位获得了两个奖项：“最佳组织展位奖”和“最佳展台设计奖”。

文莱迎来苏丹诞辰节庆典

7月15日，文莱第二十九世苏丹哈吉·哈桑纳尔·博尔基亚迎来75岁诞辰，也标志着文莱苏丹诞辰节庆典的开始。从7月15日开始的一个月里，文莱全国从城市到乡村都会为苏丹举办各式各样的生日庆祝活动，包括阅兵、授勋、文艺表演、艺术展览、体育比赛和宗教活动等。庆祝苏丹诞辰通常会提前半年开始准备。到6月中旬，文莱的政府部门、学校和民间团体会在各个城市要道设立精心设计的祝寿牌楼，拉上祝寿横幅。

泰国迎来三宝佛节和守夏节

7月25～26日，泰国相继迎来三宝佛节（Asarnha Bucha Day）和守夏节（Buddhist Lent Day），这是泰国最盛大的佛教节日，佛教徒在此期间要净化思想，积功德，并停止一切诸如喝酒、赌博和杀戮等恶行，他们相信做好事可以给自己带来终生幸福和兴旺发达。此外，7月12日，泰国十世王玛哈·哇集拉隆功谕令泰国帕差拉吉帝雅帕长公主前往律实宫殿参加点烛仪式，迎接双节的到来。

中老铁路首座车站整体亮相

7月23日，由中铁建设集团承建的中老铁路蓬洪站在全线10个客运站房中率先完成室内外一次性整体亮相，标志着中老铁路站房施工进入冲刺收尾阶段。蓬洪站位于老挝万象省蓬洪县，建筑外立面以老挝传统坡屋面建筑与中国建筑最鲜明特色的飞檐翘角和斗拱室外幕墙柱头造型交织融合，完美诠释了中老两国的友谊。

菲律宾禁止来自马、泰两国游客入境

7月23日，菲律宾总统发言人洛克（Harry Roque）表示，菲律宾将于7月25～31日禁止来自马来西亚和泰国的入境旅客入境，以防止传染性极强的新冠肺炎变异毒株的传播。洛克说，直接来自这两个国家或在过去14天内有旅行历史的旅客将被禁止入境。洛克在一份声明中说：“采取这一行动是为了防止新冠肺炎变异毒株在菲律宾的进一步传播和社区传播。”

泰国 “沙盒计划”面临挑战

继7月1日普吉岛“沙盒计划”开启之后，泰国紧接着推出“Samui Plus Model”旅游新模式，于7月15日开放苏梅岛、帕岸岛和龟岛迎接外国游客。不过，7月7日出现了“沙盒计划”实施后的首名新冠确诊病例，而泰国总理巴育也因前往普吉参加启动仪式成为密切接触者。普吉岛沙盒计划实施近1个月以来，该地确诊个案从每天个位数上升到十位数，当地政府决定出台更严格防疫管控措施，如学校延长关闭，部分百货暂时停业等。

菲律宾发布3级火山喷发预警

7月6日，菲律宾国家火山地震局宣布塔阿尔火山进入3级喷发警戒状态，并緊急撤离火山附近高风险地区超3000名居民。过去一周，塔阿尔火山持续发生蒸气喷发，最高单日排放有毒二氧化硫达22628吨，创有史以来最高纪录。塔阿尔火山是菲律宾20多座火山中最活跃的火山之一。去年1月时的大喷发导致周边多个省份的数十万人受影响，造成的经济损失高达数亿美元。

新加坡石叻路锡克庙翻新工程竣工

7月3日，新加坡石叻路锡克庙（Silat Road Sikh Temple）翻新工程竣工，新加坡总理李显龙主持了开幕仪式。拥有近百年历史的石叻路锡克庙坐落在惹兰红山路（Jalan Bukit Merah），建于1924年，是新加坡第一座以传统锡克风格打造的庙宇，于1999年被列为新加坡历史古迹。整修工程于2020年2月开始，今年6月底结束，耗资约250万新加坡元（约1193万人民币），包括扩建祷告堂、厨房和更换电梯等设施。
