再回中益乡

又是一年春意盎然的時节。

这些年，每当我在脑海中搜索春天的画面，总会想起武陵山深处的一个农家小院：黄色的土家小楼，和一树在春风里盛开的梨花。这幅画面的注解写着：石柱县中益乡华溪村，马培清家的小院。

两年前的那个春天，这个小院里举行了一场全国瞩目的院坝会，习近平总书记同村民代表、基层干部、扶贫干部、乡村医生等围坐在一起，摆政策，聊变化，谋发展。总书记动情地对乡亲们说，“脱贫攻坚是我心里最牵挂的一件大事”。

今年2月25日，全国脱贫攻坚总结表彰大会在北京举行，习近平总书记庄严宣告：经过全党全国各族人民共同努力，在迎来中国共产党成立100周年的重要时刻，我国脱贫攻坚战取得了全面胜利。

此刻，当春风再度吹起，仿佛有个声音在远方召唤，我不禁又想起马培清家的那个小院。那一树雪白的梨花，今年是否开得更灿烂了？趁着春色正好，该回中益乡看看了。

Spring is very much in the air.

Over the years， whenever I search for images of spring in my mind， I always think of a farmyard deep in Wuling Mountain： the yellow Tujia pavilion， and the pear flowers blooming in the spring breeze. The annotation of this picture reads： Huaxi Village， Zhongyi Township， Shizhu County， the courtyard of Ma Peiqing’s family.

Two years ago， in that spring， a "Courtyard Meeting" that drew nationwide attention was held in this small courtyard. General Secretary Xi Jinping sat with villagers’ representatives， grassroots cadres， poverty alleviation cadres， and rural doctors to lay out policies， discuss changes and seek development. The General Secretary said to the villagers passionately， "Poverty alleviation is a major event that worries me most".

On this February 25th， the National Summary and Commendation Conference on Poverty Alleviation was held in Beijing. General Secretary Xi Jinping solemnly declared that with the joint efforts of the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups， China has won a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty at the important moment of approaching the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China

At this moment， when the spring breeze blows again， there seems to be a voice calling in the distance. I can’t help but think of Ma Peiqing’s small courtyard： Are those snow-white pear flowers blooming more brilliantly this year While the spring is still exuding its charm， it’s time to go back to Zhongyi Township.
