Doing The Right Things or Doing Things Right

The world we live in has got plenty of funny and interesting things to do.But how should we do these things and perform our exact roles？Should we do the right things or do the things right？This is a complicated question worth talking about.Different people have different opinions.From my point of view，doing the things is a little more important.

How do people react when they hear the story of “Going North For The South”？Do they feel ridiculous or sympathized？

When people are talking about whether they realize that something is wrong， even if the method is correct， they will not get the expected results.

Doing the right things is not only the most basic truth in management， but also the most simple knowledge in working life.  To do the right thing is to clarify the goal and direction before doing things， to figure out what things should be done， what things should not be done. First we should do the right things， and then do things correctly.Don't get it upside down.

Doing things right is doing things in the right way and doing things efficiently.

Handling the relationship between "doing the right things" and "doing the things right" is the first problem that the government and enterprises must solve in the management process.  "Doing the right things" and "Doing things right" are two inseparable aspects. "Doing the right things" is like a sail on a ship. "Doing things right" is equivalent to the paddle on a ship. Reaching our goal directly is inseparable from the powered oars.  The relationship between the two is the premise and method. If the premise is wrong， the best method can not get the desired effect.

Relatively speaking， choosing the right things can be harder， because the method is not the most important， and the person who executes the method is more important.  The method is dead. It can only guarantee that you haven't left out when solving the problem， but how to make the right decision depends on human wisdom and opinions.  Only through continuous learning， thinking， and practice can we be truly at ease when we are making a choice.

Only "doing the right things" and meanwhile"doing things right" have real meanings.  Those who are really smart may not be so busy and not so painful. They just choose the right goals and direction， and then continue to move forward with wisdom and the right way， and enjoy their life while working hard.

In conclusion，the two are both important，but we should do right things first.
