基于MATLAB-Simulink&AMESim联合仿真的动力包电池热管理系统

摘 要:以某電动车的动力电池系统为研究对象,基于Bernardi电池产热模型计算电芯的产热速率,利用MATLAB/Simulink和AMESim软件联合建立电池系统仿真模型,为了提高仿真精度,基于测试数据对模型进行校核,在标定好的模型的基础上预测不同工况下电池的温度变化、SOC变化和充放电所用时间,验证动力电池包热管理系统的效果及控制策略的合理性。

Thermal Management System of Power Pack Battery based on MATLAB-Simulink&AMESim Co-simulation

Abstract:Taking the power battery system of an electric vehicle as the research object, the heat production rate of the battery cell is calculated based on the Bernardi battery heat production model, and the battery system simulation model is jointly established by MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim software. To improve the simulation accuracy, based on the test data, the model is checked, and the temperature change, SOC change and charging and discharging time of the battery under different working conditions are predicted on the basis of the calibrated model to verify the effect of the thermal management system of the power battery pack and the rationality of the control strategy.
