重庆9个项目获国家科学技术奖

11月3日，国家科学技术奖励大会在北京举行。重庆共有9个科技项目获得2020年度国家科学技术奖，包括国家技术发明奖二等奖3项、国家科技进步奖二等奖6项，其中主持完成的3项，参与完成的6项。获奖项目涵盖土木建筑、医药卫生、装备制造、农业、材料、电子信息等领域。此外，9个获奖项目均实现了转化应用，创造了较为显著的经济效益和社会效益。

9 Chongqing projects win National Science and Technology Award

On November 3， the National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in Beijing. A total of nine science and technology projects in Chongqing won the 2020 National Science and Technology Award， including three second prizes of the National Technological Invention Award and six second prizes of the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award， with three items presided over and six items participated. The award-winning projects cover civil construction， medicine and health， equipment manufacturing， agriculture， materials， electronic information， and other fields. In addition， the nine award-winning projects have all realized conversion and application， creating significant economic and social benefits.

川渝—粤港澳企业家合作联盟成立

11月3日，粤港澳大湾区与成渝地区双城经济圈建设对接交流论坛在成都举行。论坛上，四川省委统战部、重庆市委统战部和广东省相关部门、香港相关商协会联合发起成立川渝—粤港澳企业家合作联盟，成员包括川渝和粤港澳近千名民营企业家、港澳侨资企业主要负责人。该合作联盟的主要任务是通过搭建政商沟通对接、科技创新驱动、企业交流合作、银企互助共赢、青年创业扶持、公益慈善等多种平台，履行社会责任，助力成渝双城经济圈与粤港澳大湾区建设。

Sichuan-Chongqing-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Entrepreneurship Cooperation Alliance established

On November 3， the Docking & Exchange Forum on the Construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was held in Chengdu. At the forum， the United Front Work Department of CPC Sichuan Committee， the United Front Work Department of CPC Chongqing Committee， relevant departments of Guangdong Province and relevant business associations of Hong Kong jointly initiated the establishment of the Sichuan-Chongqing-Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Entrepreneurship Cooperation Alliance， including nearly 1，000 private entrepreneurs in Sichuan， Chongqing， Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao and the main responsible persons of Hong Kong， Macao and overseas Chinese-funded enterprises. The main task of the Cooperation Alliance is to fulfill social responsibilities and help the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area by setting up a variety of platforms such as government-business communication and interaction， scientific and technological innovation drivers， enterprise exchange and cooperation， mutual benefit and win-win between banks and enterprises， youth entrepreneurship support， public welfare charity.

西部（重庆）科学城科技创新项目集中签约

10月21日，西部（重庆）科学城科技创新项目举行集中签约。此次共签约先进制造类、高技术服务类、大健康类科技创新项目11个，总投资106亿元，包括重庆先进病理研究院、中国海装研究院、国家电投西部生态能源研究院、三峡集团重庆生态环境技术创新研究院、清研理工（科学城）创新中心、重庆金融科技研究院、中德莱茵产业创新中心、重庆（中德）未来工厂研究院、西部（重庆）科学城生物医药产业转化研究院、清安新型储能科研院、非常规油气研究院暨产业集群项目等。签约项目瞄准未来产业需求，紧扣应用技术研究，聚焦科技成果转化，助力重庆建设具有全国影响力的科技创新中心。

Centralized signing of scientific and technological innovation projects kicks off in Western （Chongqing） Science City

On October 21， the centralized signing of scientific and technological innovation projects of Western （Chongqing） Science City was held. A total of 11 scientific and technological innovation projects in terms of advanced manufacturing， high-tech services and big health were signed with the total investment of 10.6 billion yuan， including Chongqing Institute of Advanced Pathology， China Institute of Ocean Equipment， SPIC Western Ecological Research Institute， TSARI （Science City） Innovation Center， Chongqing Financial Technology Research Institute， China-Germany Rheinland Industrial Innovation Center， Chongqing （China-Germany） Future Plant Research Institute， Biomedical Industry Transformation Research Institute of Western （Chongqing） Science City， Qing'an New Stored Energy Research Institute， Unconventional Oil & Gas Research Institute and industrial cluster projects， etc. The signed projects aim at industrial needs in the future， closely center upon application technological research， focus on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements， and assist Chongqing in the construction of a scientific and technological innovation center with national impact.

1-9月果园港货物吞吐量上涨58%

10月13日，2021中国西部（重庆）国际物流博览会上消息，今年前9个月，果园港国家物流枢纽区货物吞吐量达1588万吨，同比增长约58%;集装箱吞吐量达32万标箱，同比增长约29%。近年来，果园港与国内其他口岸合作进一步密切，以及港区基础设施不断完善，为果园港货物吞吐量快速增长提供了重要支撑。到2025年，果园港将建成内陆型开放口岸、国际物流枢纽和大宗商品交易中心“三合一”的现代化枢纽港，实现货物吞吐量3000万吨，集装箱吞吐量120万标箱。

From January to September， cargo throughput of Guoyuan Port surges 58%

On October 13， it was reported at the 2021 Chongqing Western China International Logistics Expo that in the first nine months of this year， the cargo throughput of Guoyuan Port National Logistics Hub reached 15.88 million tons， a year-on-year increase of about 58%; the container throughput amounted to 320，000 TEUs， a year-on-year increase of about 29%. In recent years， Guoyuan Port has further strengthened the cooperation with other domestic ports. And the continuous improvement of port infrastructure has provided critical support for the rapid growth of cargo throughput of Guoyuan Port. By 2025， Guoyuan Port will be built into a "three-in-one" modern hub port integrating an inland open port， an international logistics hub and a bulk commodity trading center， with a cargo throughput of 30 million tons and a container throughput of 1.2 million TEUs.

重慶与新加坡企业签约37个项目

10月12日，新加坡在华知名企业重庆行活动在渝中区举行。在合作项目签约仪式上，重庆与新加坡企业签约项目37个，总金额41.66亿美元。签约项目中，商业合作类项目29个，金额32.06亿美元;融资类项目8个，金额9.6亿美元。现场还为中新互联互通项目运营中心揭牌，并举行了中新跨境融资论坛、中新（重庆）交通物流和航空产业项目对接会、中新（重庆）信息通信融合发展工作坊、渝中区招商项目对接会等4场专场对接会。

Chongqing signs 37 projects with Singapore

On October 12， Chongqing Investment Promotion Event for Singapore Businesses was held in Yuzhong District. At the event site， Chongqing signed 37 projects with Singapore with a total amount of $4.166 billion. The signed projects are comprised of 29 commercial cooperation projects with an amount of $3.206 billion， and eight financing projects with an amount of $960 million. China-Singapore （Chongqing） Connectivity Initiative Operating Centre was also unveiled on site， with four special docking meetings， namely CCI cross-border financing Forum， China-Singapore （Chongqing） Transportation Logistics and Aviation Industry Project Docking Meeting， China-Singapore （Chongqing） Information and Communication Integration Development Workshop， and Investment Promotion Project Docking Meeting of Yuzhong District.

重庆前三季度外贸进出口总值5770.3亿元

10月20日，重庆海关消息，今年前三季度，重庆外贸进出口总值5770.3亿元，较去年同期（下同）增长27%。其中，出口3656.2亿元，增长27.7%;进口2114.1亿元，增长25.7%。9月当月进出口692.8亿元，同比增长11.9%。前三季度进出口总值已近2020年全年总值的九成。

Chongqing registers 577.03 billion yuan of foreign trade import and export value in total

On October 20， Chongqing Customs District reported that in the first three quarters of this year， Chongqing's foreign trade import and export value totaled 577.03 billion yuan， a year-on-year （the same below） increase of 27%， including 365.62 billion yuan of export value， an increase of 27.7%， and 211.41 billion yuan of import value， an increase of 25.7%. In September， the import and export value of the month stood at 69.28 billion yuan， a year-on-year increase of 11.9%. The total import and export value of the first three quarters approximates 90% of total value in the last year.

重庆跨境公路班车1—9月开行2595车次

10月20日，巴南区消息，今年1—9月，重庆跨境公路班车已开行2595车次，货物总重约4.84万吨，总货值约15.6亿元，分别同比增长约37%、48%、66%。重庆跨境公路班车自2016年4月28日首次开通至2021年9月30日，共计发车7596车次，发运国际标准箱17091TEU，货物总重为12.36万吨，总货值为44.66亿元。

On October 20， it is reported by Banan District that from January to September this year， Chongqing cross-border highway shuttle lorries had operated 2，595 services， with a total freight weight of 48，400 tons or so and a total freight value of some 1.56 billion yuan， a year-on-year increase of around 37%， 48% and 66% respectively. From its launch on April 28， 2016 to September 30， 2021， Chongqing cross-border highway shuttle lorries had operated 7，596 services in total， shipping 17，091 TEUs （ISO freight container）， with a total weight of 123，600 tons and a total freight value of 4.466 billion yuan.

川渝合作共建重大项目前三季度完成年度投资741.4亿元

10月13日，市发展改革委消息，今年前三季度，川渝合作共建重大项目累计完成投资1866.8亿元，完成年度投资741.4亿元，占年度计划完成投资的73%。2021年川渝合作共建重大项目有67个，总投资1.57万亿元，年度计划投资1016亿元。从1至9月各领域表现来看，现代基础设施领域持续发力，支撑作用明显;现代产业领域增幅较大;文化旅游领域完成年度累计投资51.1亿元，贡献投资完成率高达94.5%。

Sichuan and Chongqing cooperate in major projects with 74.14 billion yuan of annual investment completed in the first three quarters

On October 13， according to Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission， in the first three quarters of this year， the cumulative investment in major projects built jointly by Sichuan and Chongqing totaled 186.68 billion yuan， and the annual investment stood at 74.14 billion yuan， accounting for 73% of the annual planned investment. In 2021， Sichuan and Chongqing cooperate in 67 major projects with a total investment of 1.57 trillion yuan and an annual planned investment of 101.6 billion yuan. Judging from the performance of various fields from January to September， the modern infrastructure field continued gathering momentum and played an obvious bolstering role; the modern industry field showed relatively great increase; the culture and tourism field completed 5.11 billion yuan of cumulative annual investment， contributing up to 94.5% of investment completion rate.

川渝首次联合举办2021中国西部（重庆）国际物流博览会

10月13日至15日，2021中国西部（重庆）国际物流博览会在重庆国际博览中心举行。本次物博会是川渝两地首次联合举办的物流行业领域的盛会，以“共建西部陆海新通道，共享西部发展新机遇”为主题，来自国内外的600多家企业参加展会，总展览面积2.3万平方米。物博会围绕西部陆海新通道、中欧班列、长江黄金水道、航空等国际物流大通道开展展览展示，重点突出成渝地区双城经济圈物流合作。

From October 13 to 15， 2021 Chongqing Western China International Logistics Industry Expo was held at Chongqing International Expo Center. The Expo is the first gala event in the field of logistics industry jointly held by Sichuan and Chongqing. Themed "Build New Western Land-Sea Corridor， Share New Western Development Drive"， the exhibition was attended by 600-odd enterprises from home and abroad， and covered a total exhibition area of 23，000 square meters. Centering on new western land-sea corridor， China-Europe Railway Express， the golden waterway of the Yangtze River， aviation and other international logistics channels， the Expo unfolded exhibition with the emphasis placed on the logistics cooperation in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

The 2021 International Lemon Festival of Tongnan Chongqing spurs rural revitalization

On October 21， the 2021 International Lemon Festival of Tongnan， Chongqing， China opened. With the theme of "unite the world and revitalize the rural area with lemon”， this festival unfolded a series of events， such as the opening ceremony， the inauguration ceremony of Guopo Village， a municipal-level demonstrative village for rural revitalization， the 2021 Chongqing Talents Conference - Lemon Industry High-Quality Development Summit， and "Weekends in Tongnan". 重庆巫山大溪遗址入选“百年百大考古发现”

10月18日，第三届中国考古学大会开幕式上公布了“百年百大考古发现”，大溪文化的命名地重庆巫山大溪遗址位列其中。大溪文化的遗址广泛分布于三峡地区、江汉平原和洞庭湖地区，距今6500～5300年。大溪遗址在大溪文化中独树一帜，是重庆境内最具代表性的新石器时代遗址。

Daxi Site in Wushan， Chongqing selected as one of the "nation's top 100 archaeology findings of past century"

On October 18， the "nation's top 100 archaeology findings of past century" was announced at the opening ceremony of the third Chinese Archaeology Congress， including the Daxi Site in Wushan， Chongqing， the naming place of Daxi Culture. Daxi Culture sites are widely distributed in the Three Gorges region， Jianghan Plain and Dongting Lake area with a history of 6，500～5，300 years. As a unique one in Daxi Culture， Daxi Site is the most representative Neolithic site in Chongqing.
