【命题分析】

道歉分为口头道歉和书面道歉，高考应用文考查以书信道歉为主。道歉信是为因过失或疏忽等做错了事，给别人带来了麻烦或损失而写，主要内容应包括承认错误、表示歉意并且提出补救措施。

【常用结构】

道歉信完整结构如下图，根据具体题目要求，可以自由选择全部或者部分结构，但需注意交际原则，用语真诚礼貌。
