Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu province. As an ancient capital of six dynasties， it has a long history and rich cultural heritage. Now lets visit this big city！

南京是江苏省省会。作为六朝古都，它拥有悠久的历史和丰富的文化遗产。让我们一起来游览这座城市吧！

The confucius Temple 夫子庙

The Confucius Temple is an ancient temple. In the temple， we can see beautiful buildings of Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are many shopping streets around the temple. We can buy various souvenirs.

夫子庙是一座古老的庙宇。在夫子庙内，我们可以欣赏到精美的明清建筑。夫子庙周围有很多商业街，我们可以购买各种纪念品。

Delicious Nanjing snack 美味金陵小吃

The duck blood and vermicelli soup and the soup dumplings are the famous traditional snacks in Nanjing. I like eating them.

鸭血粉丝汤和灌汤包是南京这里非常有名的传统美食，我很喜欢吃。

Nanjing Brocade 南京云锦

“An inch of brocade values an inch of gold，” that is said about Nanjing Brocade. It is a kind of traditional Chinese silk craft. I felt its charm closely in the Museum.

“寸锦寸金”，说的就是南京云锦。它是中国传统的丝制工艺品。在南京云锦博物馆，我近距离地感受了它的魅力。

Chatting time

Mrs Yao： Sara， I know that youve been to Nanjing for many times. So what impressed you most？

Sara： Of course the delicious food. Nanjing snacks are famous. The soup dumplings are my favorite.

Mrs Yao： Me， too. Do you know how to eat them？

Sara： Yes. Firstly， we pick one soup dumpling up gently with chopsticks. Secondly， move it slowly to a spoon. Thirdly， take a small bite of the skin. Drink the soup in the dumpling. Finally， we can eat the left part.

Mrs Yao： Sounds good. By this way， we can taste the true flavor of the soup dumpling.
