【摘 要】英語作为当今世界最通用的语言,已广泛应用于人类生活的各个领域。经济的全球化,使得英语学习的重要性日益突出。高中英语的学习目标是培养学生的英语综合能力,包括单词、听力、口语、语法、阅读和写作等方面。其中英语听、说、理解的能力尤为重要,这就要求我们在实际的英语教学中,要注重学生的英语交流能力的培养。然而,在实际的英语口语教学实践中。由于口语学习环境的缺乏、文化背景的差异以及传统应试教育的影响,导致英语口语的教学效果并不理想。

【Abstract】English as the universal language which has been widely used in all fields of the human life, with the economic globalization, the English learning becomes more and more important. The goal of high school English learning, which is to develop students' comprehensive abilities in English, Including vocabulary, listening, speaking, grammar, reading and writing. Because lack of oral English environment、the differences in cultural background and the influence of traditional exam-oriented education. So which lead to the spoken languages teaching result isnt well. Since English reading can affect vocabulary, sense of language, context, pronunciation, and cultural customs, English reading has an obvious effect on spoken English.

I. The Role of English Reading in English Learning

In the real world, with the further development of the information of social life and the globalization of economic life, the ability which obtains foreign information becomes more and more important. English, as a foreign language, is always taught in china. In the absence of listening and speaking, reading becomes an important and effective way for us to learn English. The first, reading is the most effective way for students to improve their language sense. Language sense not only helps students to adapt to the different order of language expression in the east and west, but also helps students to overcome the grammatical obstacles is the process of reading. Meanwhile, reading can explore the students vocabulary. As we know, the basic component of language is vocabulary. Thus vocabulary can lay a good foundation for learning a language. At last, not only is reading benefit for practicing oral English, but also helps the students to tend to use the English expressions in ordinary life. In this way reading plays an important role in improving oral English(孟旭,2016).

II. Factors that Affect Oral English

With the development of China's reform and opening up, and the increasing frequency of international exchanges, improving oral English expression and communicative skills becomes more and more important, and cultivating oral communicative ability is also an indispensable aspect for English teaching. However, the level of oral English does not meet the requirements of the ministry of education in the actual teaching. Last year, I had the honor to go to a high school internship as an English intern. Through talking with students, I found that there is a common problem of English learners in high school. Students do not know how to express their thoughts or perceptions through language, so they need to improve their communication skills.

In a word, the factors that affect oral English are various. It depends on the basic elements of oral English practice, including pronunciation, language sense, vocabulary and cultural differences(周丹,2017) . So, senior high school students can improve their oral English from these aspects: students should improve the level of oral English by doing more reading and pay more attention to improve oral English. Teachers also should notice to improve students oral English in the process of teaching. Therefore, it is a long way to learn English.

III. The Influence of English Reading on the Improvement of Oral English Ability

3.1 In the Aspect of Pronunciation

Reading is an important method in English learning. Thus, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' reading ability in English teaching, so that students can form a good habit of lifelong reading. At the same time, teachers need to cultivate the students pronunciation. However, there will be many different situations when teaching. For example, the teacher spends part of his time and energy in monophonic teaching, but the teacher ignores the reading of the whole article. Therefore, for the material,the relevant language flow and the intonation teaching content, often is quickly. Teachers just let students listen and then imitate. In these ways, they can imitate authentic foreign accents, and the students can effectively promote to their oral English.

3.2 In the Aspect of Language Sense

English reading can effectively cultivate students' sense of language and promote pure oral English expression. In English learning, the sense of language is very important. We can simply interpret the language sense as people's ability to understand the language. The formation of language sense mainly depends on people's long-term language practice. The English they speak is far from oral English the native America speak. However, long-term English reading can promote the students language sense of natural formation, and output more idiomatic expressions(白会莲,2016). However, the fluency of oral English also needs to have language sense. Imitation is one of the main ways for oral English. Practice of the oral English need to read aloud.

IV.Conclusion

High school students have various problems in oral English learning, and there are many factors that affect oral English learning. However, it can be found that by collecting information, English reading has an obvious impact for improving oral English. English reading influences the pronunciation, language sense, vocabulary, culture and so on. Therefore, if the teachers want to improve the students oral English. Students can read English original materials by English reading. At the same time, the teacher can provide atmosphere and situation to practice the students oral English. So students can improve their oral English through these ways.

The effective method listed above only indicates the direction for learning the oral English. However, the real improvement requires continuous learning, sticking to the correct learning direction and make learning efficient and enjoyable.
