中国石化：海外“小伙伴”，一起来HSE

8月2日，来自俄罗斯、埃及等8个中国石化国勘公司海外机构的员工在北京进行HSE（健康Health、安全Safety和环境Environment三位一体的管理体系）培训。通过系统的HSE培训，HSE理念和文化将进一步被渗透到油气勘探开发工作当中。中国石化积极参与“一带一路”建设，实施“开发合作”的公司战略，与沿线国家在油气勘探开发、炼油化工、仓储物流等领域开展互利合作。截至目前，中国石化与沿线30多个国家开展广泛合作，为推动“一带一路”建设走深走实，促进沿线国家石油石化工业发展和经济社会进步起到积极作用。

On August 2， employees of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation （SIPC）’s eight branches in Russia， Egypt and other countries received HSE （health， safety， and environment） training in Beijing. With the systematic HSE training， the concepts and culture of HSE will be passed on to works of oil-gas exploration and development. As an active participant of the Belt and Road Initiative， Sinopec embraces a corporate strategy of “development cooperation” as it pursues win-win cooperation with countries along the route in oil-gas exploration and development， oil refining and chemical engineering， warehouse logistics and other fields. Up to date， Sinopec has engaged in cooperation with 30-plus countries along the Belt and Road， and played an active role in substantiating the building of the Initiative and promoting the development of petrochemical industry and social， economic progress in those countries.
