Chongqing culture and art debut in Cincinnati Asian Arts Festival

“你好，辛辛那提！”重慶大学—辛辛那提联合学院师生们用标准重庆话喊出的问候，拉开了2021辛辛那提亚洲艺术节的网上视频展演序幕。

10月24日（美国时间），以“多元·共融·生命”为主题的2021辛辛那提亚洲艺术节开幕。受新冠肺炎疫情影响，本届艺术节以流媒体形式在辛辛那提艺术博物馆官网上进行视频展演。美国辛辛那提市是重庆的友好交流城市，重庆应邀提供了重庆简介视频宣传片、杂技蹬车、川剧变脸、蜀绣刺绣、铜梁舞龙、木洞山歌、荣昌夏布、荣昌陶器和荣昌折扇等文艺宣介视频、图片等素材，供辛辛那提亚洲艺术节组委会选用剪辑。

在亚洲艺术节官网公布的亚洲文化精彩快闪短视频中，重庆提供的蜀绣刺绣等，与日本、韩国、泰国、老挝等其他亚洲艺术团体的舞蹈、绘画、服饰表演等视频片段，共同展现了亚洲文化艺术的精彩魅力，和辛辛那提市多元社区共融的生机与活力。

通过参与本次文化交流活动，借助辛辛那提亚洲艺术节这一平台，充分展示了重庆文化艺术，加深了辛辛那提民众对重庆的了解，有效促进民心相通。

"Hello， Cincinnati！" the teachers and students of Chongqing University-University of Cincinnati Joint Co-op Institute sent greetings in standard Chongqing dialect， unveiling the online video performance of Cincinnati Asian Arts Festival 2021.

On October 24 （US time）， Cincinnati Asian Arts Festival 2021 kicked off with the theme of "Diversity， Inclusion， and Life". Due to COVID-19， the festival carried out video performance via streaming media on the official website of Cincinnati Art Museum. Cincinnati is a US city having friendly exchange relationship with Chongqing. At its invitation， Chongqing provided literary and artistic publicity videos， pictures and other materials such as Chongqing overview video publicity film， acrobatic pedaling， mask-changing of Sichuan opera， Shu embroidery， Tongliang Dragon Dance， Mudong mountain songs， Rongchang grass linen， Rongchang pottery and Rongchang folding fan for the Organizing Committee of Cincinnati Asian Art Festival to select and edit.

In the brilliant flash short videos on Asian culture announced on the official website of the Asian Art Festival， Shu embroidery video， etc. provided by Chongqing， along with video clips of dance， painting， clothing performance of other Asian art ensembles from Japan， South Korea， Thailand and Laos， etc.， jointly showcased the scintillating charm of Asian culture and art， as well as the vitality and vigor of the integration of diverse communities in Cincinnati.

Through the participation in this cultural exchange event， Chongqing culture and art were fully displayed on the platform of Cincinnati Asian Art Festival， deepening Cincinnati people's understanding of Chongqing， and effectively promoting the people-to-people exchanges.
