重庆机场第三跑道成功试飞

6月20日凌晨，重庆机场新建的第三跑道圆满完成“初航”试飞，标志着第三跑道及相应配套设施基本具备适航条件。为配合此次试飞，中国国际航空公司派出了波音747-8型飞机共实施了两次起降，检验了第三跑道、滑行道（含联络道）和停机坪道面情况，滑行路线情况，飞行区标志、标志物和标记牌设置情况等。重庆机场集团将根据国航股份公司对本次试飞工作出具的报告，向民航西南地区管理局申请行业验收，确保东航站区扩建工程按期投用。

重庆—莫斯科首条直航航线开通

6月7日，首条重庆＝莫斯科直航航线由天津航空正式开通。该航线每周三、六两班往返，单程飞行时长约8小时。去程航班号GS7941，09∶40由重庆江北国际机场起飞，13∶30抵达莫斯科谢列梅捷沃机场；回程航班号GS7942，莫斯科当地时间14∶30起飞，北京时间次日04∶00抵达重庆（以上均为当地时刻，具体航班时刻以实际执行时刻为准）。

重庆华峰化工将成全球最大己二酸生产基地

重庆华峰化工有限公司三期年产18万吨己二酸项目，预计今年底建成投产。届时，该公司己二酸年产能将达到54万吨，成为全球最大的己二酸生产基地。己二酸产品是是尼龙66纤维及工程塑料、聚氨酯泡沫等主要原料，可用于医药、农药、香料、粘合剂与助焊剂等生产。目前，该公司产品已远销韩国、日本、印度、土耳其、俄罗斯、马来西亚、伊朗、德国、巴西等几十个国家或地区。

兰渝铁路全线贯通 “渝新欧”单程又可省1天

6月19日，随着甘肃胡麻岭隧道成功贯通，连接我国西南和西北最便捷的铁路大通道—兰渝铁路全线贯通。兰渝铁路有限责任公司称，该线年内将全线开通运营，届时重庆坐火车到兰州，全程运行时间缩短至6.5小时。这也意味着“渝新欧”国际大通道全线运行时间也将因此缩短至12天，节约1天时间。

东盟国际物流大通道延伸到曼谷和仰光

市交运集团消息，今年7月，我市将开通东盟国际物流大通道中线货运班车，今年底或明年初，还将开通东盟国际物流大通道西线货运班车。东盟国际物流大通道中线货运班车的线路为：重庆南彭—云南磨憨—老挝万象—泰国曼谷，西线线路则为：重庆南彭—云南瑞丽—缅甸仰光。重庆东盟国际物流大通道是重庆南向连接海上丝绸之路的国际货运通道，旨在构建重庆与东盟各国之间的公路货运通道，形成重庆东盟货物集散中心。

中德产业园·水土智能园开工建设

6月19日，中德产业园·水土智能园开工活动在水土智能园举行，该园将探索对接“中国制造2025”和“德国工业4.0”，推动重庆传统产业改造升级。两江新区将在水土、龙盛、鱼嘴片区投资100亿元打造中德产业园，即中德（水土）智能制造园、中德（龙盛）高端制造园、中德（鱼嘴）汽车汽贸园，形成以先进制造、电子信息、机器人、汽车贸易及服务等产业为主的德国产业集群。

“重庆造”福克斯将返销北美市场

6月22日，长安福特发表官方声明：长安福特将成为在北美市场销售的下一代福特福克斯车型全球采购环节的一部分。除了在中国市场销售的下一代福特福克斯车型外，在美国及加拿大市场销售的特定型号的下一代福特福克斯车型，亦将由长安福特生产并出口。目前，福特在中国有5个整车工厂，3个在重庆，福克斯便是在其中一个生产。

重庆自贸试验区推税收便利举措

市国税局发布消息称，将在中国（重庆）自由贸易试验区推出10条有针对性的税收便利举措。全市国税系统将在自贸试验区实现支付宝、微信等第三方支付机构的扫码支付缴税；国地税将在自贸试验区共建联合办税厅，提供24小时自助服务；在12366重庆纳税热线设立自贸试验区政策专席，为自贸试验区纳税人解疑答惑；通过税邮（邮政）合作，纳税人足不出户领取发票；扩大电子发票应用范围，自贸试验区内企业可自行申请领用增值税电子普通发票等。

重庆首架专业医疗直升机投用

6月27日，我市首架专业医疗直升机试飞成功并投入使用。这标志着以后在紧急情况下，市民可寻求航空救援。这架专业医疗直升机引进自意大利，是目前国际上最新的用于紧急医疗服务的专业构型直升机，最大起飞重量3吨，最高飞行速度可达到每小时256公里，续航时间为2.5小时。机上配备了呼吸机、除颤监护仪、注射泵、吸引器等国际一流的医疗急救设备。

第二十届渝洽会期间，宏碁电脑展示了目前世界上最薄的9.98毫米笔记本电脑。自投资重庆以来，这家IT龙头企业已经陆续把在大陆的公司全部放在了重庆。目前，宏碁的研发中心、生产基地、结算中心、新近创办的投资公司，注册地都在重庆，显示出宏碁对重庆投资环境的认同。

Chongqing Huafon Chemical Industry will Become the World’s Largest Production Base of Adipic Acid

The annual output of the third phase of Chongqing Huafon Chemical Co., Ltd. will reach 180,000 tons, which is expected to be put into production by the end of this year. At that time, the annual output of adipic acid will reach up to 540,000 tons, making it the world’s largest production base of adipic acid. Adipic acid is the main raw materials of nylon 66 fi ber, engineering plastics and polyurethane foam, which can be used in medicine, pesticide, spices, adhesives and fl ux. At present, the company’s products have been sold to dozens of countries or regions such as South Korea, Japan, India, Turkey, Russia, Malaysia, Iran, Germany and Brazil.

The First Direct Airline from Chongqing to Moscow is Opened

On June 7, the first direct airline from Chongqing to Moscow was officially opened by Tianjin Airlines. This airline will go back and forth every Wednesday and every Saturday with one-way flight of about eight hours. The outbound flight number is GS7941 which takes off from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport at 09:40 and arrives at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport at 13:30. The return fl ight number is GS7942 which takes off from Moscow at 14:30 and arrives in Chongqing at 04:00 on the next day (All the above are local time. The specifi c time of the fl ight is subject to the actual execution time).

The connection of Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway Saves One Day of the One Way of Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway

On June 19, with the successful cutting-through of the tunnel of Hu Maling in Gansu Province, the most convenient railway thoroughfare linking the southwest and northwest part of our country—Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway was joined up. Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway Co., Ltd. said this line would be put into operation within the year and then the time spent on traveling from Lanzhou to Chongqing by train would be shortened to 6.5 hours. This also means that the running time of Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway will be shortened to 12 days, saving one day

The International Logistics Corridor of ASEAN Extends to Bangkok and Rangoon

According to the Municipal Transportation Group, in July this year, Chongqing will open the midcourt line freight train of the International Logistics Corridor of ASEAN. And at the end of this year or the beginning of next year, the west line freight train of the International Logistics Corridor of ASEAN will also be opened. The line of the midcourt line freight train of the International Logistics Corridor of ASEAN starts from Nanpeng Town in Ba’nan District, Chongqing to Bangkok, Thailand with the cities along the line being Mohan Port of Yunnan Province and Vientiane of Laos in sequence. The line of the west line freight train of the International Logistics Corridor of ASEAN starts from Nanpeng Town in Ba’nan District, Chongqing to Rangoon, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar with the city along the line being Ruili of Yunnan Province. Chongqing-ASEAN International Logistics Corridor links the Maritime Silk Road and aims in building the highway freight corridor that links Chongqing and the countries within the ASEAN and forming a goods contribution center in Chongqing.

China-Germany Industrial Park: Shuitu Intelligent Park is under Construction

On June 19, the construction activity of China-Germany Industrial Park • Shuitu Intelligent Park was held in Shuitu Town. Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone will Generalize the Taxation Facilitation Measures

According to Chongqing’s National Taxation Bureau, ten targeted taxation facilitation measures will be generalized in China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as “free trade zone”). Chongqing’s First Professional Medical Helicopter is Put into Use

On June 27, our first professional medical helicopter had its successful test flight and was put into use. Introduced from Italy, this professional medical helicopter is currently the latest professional helicopter for emergency medical service. Its maximum takeoff weight is 3 tons and its maximum fl ying speed can reach up to 256 kms per hour with its duration of fl ight being 2.5 hours. This helicopter is equipped with ventilator, defi brillator monitor, injection pump, aspirator and other fi rst-class international medical emergency equipment.
