抗击埃博拉日记
——纪重庆第三军医大学援利比里亚医学救援队

Fromthethirdmilitarymedicaluniversity,Chongqing,China,beingoneofthemedicaldoctors,IwaschosentobeateampersonneltogotoMonrovia,Liberia,tojoinhandinhandwiththeLiberianpeopletofightagainsttheEbolavirusdisease.

跟随着中国重庆第三军医大学的医生们，我被选中并分配到在利比里亚，蒙罗维亚的中国医疗队，并成为他们中的一员，与利比里亚人民携手共同抗击埃博拉病毒病(图1)。

当我们于2014年11月15日到达利比里亚后，我的职责是清洁，为开展工作做准备。

AfterthepreparationonNovember25, 2014,thepresidentoftheRepublicofLiberia,EllenJohnsonSirleafdedicatedtheChineseEbolatreatmentunit(ETU).Thereafter,thechineseandthelocalstaffstartedtoengageinthework.NewsabouttheChineseETUwasannouncedthroughthemediaandfrompersontoperson,andonDecember5, 2014,wereceivedourfirstpatient.

2014年11月25日准备工作完成后，利比里亚共和国总统，EllenJohnsonSirleaf为中国埃博拉诊疗中心(Ebolatreatmentunit,ETU)启用仪式致词。其后，中国员工和本地员工进入工作状态。关于中国ETU开放的消息不仅有新闻媒体的报道，还有人与人之间的口头传递。2014年12月5日，我们接到了第一例患者。

OnDecember23, 2014,wereceivedthefirstconfirmedEbolapatient.Also,onDecember24, 2014,wereceivedadditional3confirmedEbolapatients.OnDecember29, 2014,wereceivedthe5thconfirmedEbolapatient,whichwasmakingthemthetotalof5confirmedEbolapatientsatourconfirmedwardattheChineseETU.

2014年12月23日，我们接到第一例埃博拉确诊患者。2014年12月24日又接到3例埃博拉确诊患者。2014年12月29日，接到第5例埃博拉确诊患者，使中国ETU病房中的埃博拉确诊病例达5个。

BecauseofoureffortsoffightingagainsttheEbolavirus,ofthe5confirmedEbolapatients, 3survivedandtheyweredischargedontheJanuary12,2015atprecisely10:30am.The3survivorsareCelestineF,RobortM,SarahF.

在我们对抗埃博拉病毒的努力中，5例埃博拉确诊病例中，有3例幸存，并于2015年1月12日，准确说上午10:30分康复出院。3名生存者分别是：Celestine，女性；Robort，男性；Sarah，女性。

Reviewingthetwomonths,ourChineseETUreceivedatotalof65patients.Outofthe65patients, 12died. 53weredischargedincludingthe3confirmedEbolapatientsthatwerealsodischargeontheJanuary12, 2015.Wealsoreferred4patientshospitaltootherhealthfacilities.

回顾这两个月，中国ETU共接收了65例患者。在这65例患者中总计12例死亡，53例康复出院，包括在2015年1月12日出院的3例埃博拉确诊病例。而且在这53个病例中，还转诊了4例患者到其他医疗机构。

Halfofthechinesemilitarymedicalteam,leftLiberiaontheJanuary14, 2015.WearrivedinChongqing,ChinaonJanuary16, 2015atLiberiatimeoffiveo’clockam.WewerequarantinedataplaceinthecityofChongqingfor21days.IfnoneofuscontractsEbolavirus,after21days,wewillthenbesenttoeachworkplacesofthehospitals.

第一批中国援利抗埃医疗队中的半数队员，于 2015年1月14日离开利比里亚，于2015年1月16日利比里亚时间早上5点，到达中国重庆。我们在重庆市的一个地方进行隔离观察21天。如果我们中没有感染埃博拉病毒的病例，将在21天后回到各自医院工作的地方。
